Food Concession Vendors

Vendor Applications

Process:

  1. Read the entire document
  2. Fill out the application & waiver
  3. Include all required documents and fees
  4. Email or mail in your application
  5. Application is reviewed by the board and approved
  6. Space is assigned.

Specific spaces may be requested, but are limited on a first-come, first-served basis. Incomplete or missing information can cause a delay in processing and possible loss of the desired space.

If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please fill out the vendor application and we will contact you if a spot opens. Payment will be due if and when you are accepted into a waiting list opening.

Cost Per Space

  • Non-Profit $75

    501c3 required.

  • Commercial $300
  • Individual $150
  • If electric is required Add $20/space

Due 9/30/26

Late Registration (after 9/30) will be declined unless spaces are still available. If you are entering late please contact us prior to payment.

Next Board Meeting:

The next meeting is May 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the County Administration Office, conference room.
